Community of Hope Inc Services
Community of Hope provides a wide variety of life-changing services by a community of loving Christian mentors, spiritual ministry and a volunteer support team. This includes Hope House, our Supportive Recovery Home for women, our Kindness Connection basic needs program to the community beyond Hope House, and the option of a vocational track for people in or beyond Hope House. This vocational track includes the availability of Recovery Coach training and recovery-focused volunteer opportunities which can help fulfill the Recovery Coach training requirements.
Hope House
H.H. is a safe environment where women coming out of addictions, homelessness or domestic violence can recover from their emotional trauma and addictions and experience healing of their spiritual and emotional wounds. H.H. has made a commitment to partner with the women in reestablishing their identity and restoring their dignity.
Spiritual Enrichment
Spiritual Enrichment is offered through optional interactive groups which often includes Bible study. The main focus of our Spiritual Ministry is to establish a relationship with Jesus Christ by recognizing and receiving God’s love and design for life.
Vocational Track
Community of Hope is an approved partner of CCAR and offers Recovery Coach Academy trainings to residents of Hope House and community members that are interested in gaining skills to guide, mentor and support anyone who would like to enter into or sustain long term recovery from addiction to alcohol or other drugs. We also offer on and off-site volunteer opportunities to apply towards that requirement for certification.
Kindness Connection
We will help you if we can with acts of kindness such as purchasing groceries or providing an opportunity to talk to someone to determine what your needs are. If we cannot help, we will try to direct you to someone who can.
